- Shipping is a flat rate $4 and FREE on orders over $50 within the US & APO. If you would like your order faster, we offer priority shipping for an additional $7.50
- If you are local to us, we offer pick up during our weekly Drop in & Shops. Please note "pick up" during check out.
- All orders are usually packed and shipped within 24 hours, with the exception of national holidays. We DO NOT ship out Saturday and Sunday.
- If you selected PRIORTY SHIPPING or order will be packed and shipped same day, if ordered before 3pm CST. After it ships out you can expect it in your mailbox within 2-3 business days.
- All orders will receive a tracking number once your items have been shipped.
- Lace Magnolias Boutique is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your tracking shows your package as "delivered" please check with your neighbors and local post office.
- We are unable to make any adjustments, or additions, to orders after they have been submitted. No exceptions.
- We are unable to cancel orders after they have been submitted.
- We do not guarantee the stock of any item
- Orders can not be combined

We want you to be over the moon with your purchase, so if you change your mind for any reason we are more than happy to return all full-price purchases for a refund. I do offer store credit for anyone who prefers that!!
NOTE: There will be 6% restocking fee if ordered with SEZZLE.
- All eligible items for return are required to be securely and neatly packaged, include the return slip, must be postmarked with tracking, and shipped within 10 days of original parcel receipt. No exceptions. I encourage you to try on your new item(s) as soon as you receive them.
- If you picking up your item(s), your 10 days begins the day after you receive notification that your order is ready for pick up.
- Returned items can not be worn, washed, stained, damaged or altered. All hang tags must me intact and attached in their original form.Items that don't qualify and appear to be worn, or have stains, smells of cigarette smoke, deodorant or odors, animal hair, etc. will not be accepted.
- The sender is responsible for return shipping charges.
- Please DO NOT attempt to return merchandise if it does not meet the above criteria. It will be returned to you at your cost without notice.
- While we welcome returns, we cannot process exchanges. Our inventory turns over too quickly. Should you prefer an exchange, we recommend ordering the desired item and your refund will be issued once we receive returned item.
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise. All tags must still be attached. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
- Items marked FINAL SALE, CLEARANCE, BLOWOUT may not be returned, refunded or exchanged.
